Ubawa Global Ventures Nigeria Limited, has on January 1, 2025,  organised a one-day seminar and end-of-year welfare programme for its staff, aimed at strengthening institutional focus and rewarding dedication.

The event brought together management and employees to review the company’s business objectives, mission, and vision, while outlining strategies for achieving set goals in the new year.

Speaking at the programme, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ubawa Global Ventures Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Yusha'u Abdullahi Musa, said the seminar was designed to realign staff with the core values and long-term direction of the company.

He said management considered it necessary to constantly engage staff in conversations that clarify expectations, reinforce corporate goals, and ensure everyone is working toward a shared vision.
