NBTE launches call center to improve service delivery in polytechnics nationwide

“To make it more efficient, four staff have been trained and they’ll be receiving outgoing and incoming calls and correspondences from our clients across the country and even beyond.

“We have over 2,000 polytechnics, technical colleges, colleges of nursing, skills centers, survey institutions under our purview. With the center Information dissemination has been made simple.”
