Kaduna Cleric Encourages Muslims to Embrace the Obligation of Compassion

The Iman made the called during his Friday sermon which centered on a fundamental Islamic principle and the duty of caring for orphans.
Imam Abdulnafiu reminded the gathered faithful of the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW), who emphasized the importance of supporting and nurturing those who have lost parental care.
He emphasized on the imperative for Muslims to extend their help and compassion to those in need, particularly orphans.
He lauded recent efforts by the speaker Niger State House of Assembly Abdulamlik Sarkindaji aimed at assisting to marry out orphaned women with their consent
He further expressed concern over the actions of the Women Affairs Minister,Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye for questioning the fairness of her approach.
The cleric addressed the discrepancies in the Minister's actions, urging her to reconsider her stance in light of Islamic teachings on aiding the less fortunate.
He conveyed the belief that justice would ultimately prevail, guided by the principles of Islam.
Iman Abdulnafiu called on Muslim community to exercise patience in the face of adversity, trusting in the divine promise of a positive outcome.(NAN)
