In a remarkable celebration of Nigeria's independence, renowned philanthropist Hajiya Halimat Tejuosho, CEO of the QAT Foundation, has offered hope and opportunity to the people of Zamfara State by awarding scholarships to 150 deserving students.
The inspiring event took place at the Government Technical College in Gada Biyu, Gusau, aimed at uplifting the community amid ongoing socio-economic challenges. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as attendees gathered to witness this significant initiative.

Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, urging President Tinubu to prioritize humanity and competence in the imminent cabinet reshuffling by considering Tejuosho for the position of Humanitarian Affairs Minister.
One beneficiary, Lawal Ibrahim Marafa, articulated the profound impact of Hajiya Halimat Tejuosho’s generosity, stating, "This scholarship is more than just financial aid; it is a lifeline for us and our families. It rekindles our hopes and aspirations, enabling us to dream bigger."
Another beneficiary, Maijida Nana Aisha, described the initiative as a "game changer," emphasizing that it would not only support their education but also inspire a culture of giving back to the community.
