The Kaduna Mining Development Company Ltd has announced a change in its leadership, formally notifying the public, stakeholders, investors, partners and relevant authorities of the development.
In a public disclaimer signed by its management, the company stated that new leadership is now overseeing its affairs and operations.
The management clarified that the previous Managing Director is no longer in charge of the company’s activities, stressing that all official communications, engagements, approvals and transactions should be directed to the duly authorised office under the new leadership.
It advised the public to disregard any directives, representations or commitments made on behalf of the company by unauthorised persons.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability and the advancement of the mining sector in Kaduna State, while appreciating the continued support and cooperation of stakeholders.
It urged members of the public to channel further enquiries through its official communication platforms.
