The National Orientation Agency (NOA) Kaduna State Directorate has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah across the state on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
The Director, NOA Kaduna state Directorate, Mr. Danjuma Makama, in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday through the Directorate's PRO, Abubakar Argungu, wished the people of the state joy, peace, and blessings during the festive period.
While felicitating with the Muslims, Mr. Makama called on them to pray for the state and country, Nigeria, to overcome the current security and economic challenges.
He also urged the faithfuls to imbibe the lessons of commitment, dedication, and obedience to God, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim's willingness to sacrifice his son in deference to God's will, which Eid-el-Kabir symbolizes.
Furthermore, Mr. Makama urged the people of Kaduna State and Nigeria at large to continue living in peace with one another, as the government at various levels works to deliver the dividends of democracy in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu's administration.(NAN)
